Burps and RBs

During my last dive I burped like crazy into the loop (too much coca cola and hotdogs during surface interval). While at it, I started thinking... other than N2/O2 and probably some CO2 from the coca cola, is there any other gas that might be produced by our body?
If you burp too much into the loop, is there any harm? Just curious...

I dont know but Janous took one breath of my fag smokers loop and puked up yesterday

It was quite a stunning reaction ill tell you

This is second hand information, so I can't/won't verify it.

I was told by another that they had eaten very hot and spicey mexican food prior to diving a Rebreather. They burped into the loop and were rebreathing the same burp for an hour while diving. I was told that it began to feel like breathing fire.

Once again, I don't know. Get the flamethrower out.
