| Anyone had any trouble with oxycheq? Ordered three new R22 sensors for my inspiration on the 27th June this year with the intension of using them to dive the deep wrecks in Northern Ireland one month later no sensors so after numerous e-mails to Patrick Duffy no sensors! Its now the26th September and still no sensors he hasnt replied to my last email and has basically washed his hands of the situation after pocketing $210 of my money for goods that have not been recieved. Anybody else been treated shoddily by Patrick Duffy Regards Mike |

| I have known Patrick Duffy for many years now, and NEVER EVER had any problem with him or anything ordered from Oxycheq. He moved from California to Florida this year and changed email address. So it might be best to give him a call to straighten things out. The number I have is +1 772 466-4612. |

| I've had stuff delayed but it has always been our glorious UK postal service holding it up. The Royal Mail & Parcelforce's international services are truly dreadful. For that big a purchase I've always got the insured shipping option. Patrick I've found can be quite elusive by e-mail. As Phi says, a phone call might be the way to sort it out. Other than that I've never had a problem, he's been a damn sight more reliable than some UK suppliers. I ordered a sensor for my analyser from Patrick because there was no rush and a R22 from AP because I needed it fast, the sensor from Oxycheq got there before the AP one did. |

| MCCR+Shearwater | I ordered some bits just a couple of weeks ago using the address of his website, got a reply within the hour, parts came within the week. Perfect service.... I have heard of other people's mails getting lost as "apparently" Patrick gets ALOT of spam- make sure you send your mail with an obvious title- "Oxycheq Parts Order for Ben" in my case. Hope you get it sorted, Oxycheq do some neat stuff IMO. |

I left him a voicemail on his private number letting him know he is having a problem with his line.. I'll update this thread when Pat calls me..regards stanlow I also agree with the spam thing.. Pat gets a few hundred spam emails a day plus legitimate emails.. Make sure the subject is clear, so if it gets tagged as spam It might not get deleted..
