Manifold thread specs

Can anybody tell me the dimensions for the "O" ring seal face on a female 3/8 fitting, I know it's a UNF thread.I just need the dimensions of the seal contact area.
It would also be a help if somebody could give me the external Dia and the thickness of the "O" ring when it's fitted to the hose as I can work out the crush needed from this size.
I'm back at work (offshore) and have access to tooling and stock, but I don't have anything to use as reference.
Any info would be appreciated

If you need OSB dimensions try here MS16142-R (SAE J514) ( SAE J1926) O-Ring Boss - Reamer Port contour cutters
