Where can I buy an Apeks service kit and get it sent to me here in China?

Easiest (but not cheap) is look on ebay. There is a guy in Germany selling kits and I'm sure he'll post you a set out.

The problem is that most things from Germany on ebay tend to be bank transfer or cash on delivery. In the past this has been to expensive or too much hassle.
