Cooper Hoses Anyone?????

Hey Phi, did you do this on your Meg?
Can you please upload any pictures and tell me how it looks, you said on a later post that they cannot be cut and that 22" is too long. So you mean tey will only fit with your backmount system?

I installed the 22" hoses I had when trying to use with the Meg. It was too long... Trust me!

It doesn't matter if using with OTS-CL or BMCL since the T-pieces are in relative same position.

I do not have any unit with true back-mount CL (like CK) or I would have kept them since I really like the hoses, but I have sold them to Bazza.

I'll tell you what the dam things don't fit on a Airtess bailout mouthpiece ...

Mortgaged the house to Decoweennie for nothing it seems and just to rub it in my long lost order with Cooper for 6 more came through a week later at half the price. You get that on the big jobs though!

I received four hoses last week, but I do not think that they will "easily" fit on my Mk15.5. The will fit the DSV, but are too big for the counter lung.

I had no problem sending e-mails to them but I had problem with the phone (not answering and going to a fax machine). I sent them an e-mail with my phone # and Rhonda called me so I could place my order. I was said they're checking their phone system now.

Thanks for the fast response, but I am not sure that is going to work. I have Colkan 15.5 and I think it is the same as yours and Steve's. My original hose will easily slide into the opening of the Cooper Hoses. The ID of the Cooper's is 1.5 inches and ID of my original hoses is approximately 1 3/16 inches. The OD of hose mount is only 1.25 inches. It looks like Steve just clamped his down. Did he put tape on the mount to build up the outside diameter?

For those whom are blessed with more knowledge and experience than I, ... would these coopers work on the rEvo, or would I have to make adapters for the DSV and CL connections?

Follow my logic .... the rEvo uses Drager Ray hoses. My Airtess bailout Rebreather mouthpiece uses Ray parts. I can fit a Cooper hose over the Flapper valve (Ray part). Sooooooo they should fit but I have not tried them on my rEvo yet.

PS you can't fit two Cooper hoses on the Airtess mouthpiece which is a real bugger.
