i would love to know.... i sent jakub an order for alot of money, and also sent 2 e-mails to golem gear, and im still waiting for a reply

That is so unlike Jakub. Perhaps he is on a trip testing some new stuff.

Don't wory about it. If it is urgent give him a call.

We are off for our semi-annual R&R (Research and Redesign) trip next 10 days, so we will not be able to process any rush orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I'm sure he's on a trip - thats what his answerphone says : not back till july sometime. Normally VERY quick with emails. Dont worry about your stuff, i'm sure it'll be fine.

hey lads, thanks for the help.. i wasnt too worried its just that im leaving sunny cork city on 14.8.07 for OZ perth for 3 months, sydney for 3 months and just was wondering would i have my new gear for that trip?

Jakub provides excellent service. Always responds to anything I have every asked about quickly. If anything out of stock, tells me immediately.

I am guessing you will be able to sort this out once he returns.
