Apeks Button Gauges

I haven't decided yet which way to go, but I know a few people are happy enough using the Apeks button gauges on there Rebreather. My questionis, do they come from the factory O2 clean and compatible?

I don't know, but have been using them for both O2 and dil for over 2 years with no problems.

Isaw oceanic brand ones that had vuiton o-rings when sold brand new.

Same here, using one on my O2 stage reg for more than 2 years and no problems.

I've seen two of them, over the years, go pop and eject their glass and innards across the boat when switched on.

I use one on the suit inflate (argon or air) but I'd be dubious about using them on oxygen.
