After reading this thread http://www.rebreatherworld.com/cells...light=teledyne, I decided to take advantage of the offer for AI sensors as the teledyne sensors on my CK were due for a change anyway.

I ordered three replacement sensors from CCRsense, Oxygen Sensors for Closed Circuit Rebreathers online. After a little over 2 weeks I sent them an E-mail stating that I had yet to receive the sensors. After reading my E-mail, Kent contacted me right away by phone. We both felt that my recent move to another house had probably confused Canada Post (despite my paying them to have all my mail re-routed to me). Kent elected to send me three more sensors right away, which I received yesterday, even though there is no guarantee that the previous three will show up. Needless to say that I was greatly impressed by Kent's quick reaction to my issue and the professionalism and competence that he exercised to correct the situation.

Kuddos to CCRSENSE, you definetly will continue to have my business in the future. Thank you very much for your help Kent.
