A Big Up to Underwater Experiences

After recent threads on customer service I would like to say how very impressed I am with Uri at Underwater Experiences.

I lost the on off switch which screws in the side of the HUD controller unit. I E-mailed Uri yesterday asking for a replacement as I was diving for three days next week on some bigger dives and I didn’t want to go without the HUD. Today a switch turned up Special Delivery and an Email note saying he will bill me later.

I dived the Prince Leopold yesterday for the first time. Obviously without the aid of the HUD. I cant tell you much about the wreck but I can tell you My PP02 was about 1.25 to 1.3 and that cell 2 reads a little lower than cells one and three.

Ohhhh what a fun dive that was
