How long did it take for you to get your 1st rebreather? 35 years ... ... been intrested in them for quite a long time. ![]() Been wanting one since around 2001, bought one in 2006, so around 5 years I guess. Did several intro/tryouts on various models during that time, and lots of research. ![]() ![]() | Re: New To Rebreathers Awesome, I hope to get one sometime. If i get my new job ill have one in 3 months That's what it took me after doing my evo mod 1, trimix and meg crossover (took the courses before because I wanted to make sure before buying)![]() Then I went for the meg, mainly because you can use any size of tanks and use a lot of tricks to adjust the unit and because it is not as damageable as other rebreathers I've seen. At that time I was Tec Deep diver and I had around 150-200 dives. How long it took me to get a proper stramlining and buoyancy ? Well after 70+ hours..... I'm still working on it, but it's getting better Laurent |
