Re: how much lead weight?
Meg with 6lb ss backplate and 19al tanks I use 4 lb on my shoulders when wearing 7m wetsuit in fresh water
When diving in cold salt water I use 19steel tks and carry 20 lb on hips plus 4 on my shoulder
I am 6'3" and 230lb
