B&B Scuba on Maui may be one of your best bets. Rebreather friendly, etc. Maui has some great spots.
I can second that, just spent 3 weeks diving with them 2 or 3 times a week. Good outfit but you will have to keep to rec profiles. Wasn't a prob for me but I was diving with the OC wife.

call or email in advance, get in contact with Brad, one of the B's of B&B the other 'B' is Blesi... great people, excellent outfit... anyway...

If you contact Brad far enough in advance, and let hom know your quals, he may be able to work out deep/ long dives... I know of multiple occasions where he will drop in with Rebreather's for a 3-ish hour dive while the boat continues on to Molokini, by the time the regualr OC folks finish their second dive you will have to come up... I have also done 200+ with him on Molokini, since he owns the boat, it will wait!

Brad will do what he can, great guy... hooked me up very nicely for last minute Rebreather diving when my buddy was having issues with his boat!

Can't say enough good about B&B Scuba!

Dove with Jack's Diving Locker in Kona last January. I took my first rebreather class with them on the Drager Dolphin.

Good shop, good people, but catered mostly to the rec diver. Wife really enjoyed them.

Got skunked 4 times on the manta night dive...
