PPo2 monitor besides the VR3 for Optima???

Hello All;

I plan to purchase an Optima as my new breather. For safety sake I am planning to add a fourth cell for an independent readout. I am not planning to go deeper than 130 feet and no deco. I see the VR3 could do the task but for US$ 2000 but since I don't need its deco capabilities I was wondering if there was not a simpler and turstworthy computer that can monitor the PPo2?

Thank you

If you want integrated deco the alternative is the Hydrospace Explorer.
DeltaP also offers the somewhat less expensive VR2.

If you just want a backup monitor there are plenty to choose from.
Sartek, SubSeaSystems, Hydrospace, Submatix, Dräger ...

At DEMA, Dive Rite was showing an early prototype of a new dive computer... I would be shocked if it did not have the ability to monitor a 4th sensor and calculate decompression based on real-time PO2. I think Jordan from Dive Rite has mentioned it in the O2ptima forum.

Thank you Stephan and Mark for your comments. I ll probably go for the PPo2 monitor and when I am ready to do deco dives I ll used the HH of the Optima.
