Who'll do the testing now?

Spotted this today - the Royal Navy are stopping goat experiments on DCI BBC NEWS | Politics | UK navy to end goat experiments. I assume we'll be the only guinea pigs now ;-)

The real reason the tests were abandoned has nothing to do with animal welfare. I have it on good authority that the goats were sacked pending an investigation into an accusation that they lied on their application forms. The job spec specified 'non-smokers need only apply' and a couple of them were caught sneaking a fag with the beagles from the lab next door.

I heard that this came about after several unscruplous software writers found that the goats were not paying to generate their profiles! and some even had hacked copies
