His spirits were good and he talked with Lisa about when he would be allowed to start running. He expects to be released from the Hospital to go home some time early next week.

That sounds great!!! Best wishes Tom! And especially you Patti...for having to put up with his antics for the next two months!

This just shows what a great community we have out.... I could go on with the quotes, but you get my drift.

All the best to Tom and Patti!

Get fit soon!

Re: Tom Mount doing Well after surgery

Hello,

Oh my gosh! I don't read the threads for a week and then come upon this.

I am obviously VERY glad to hear Tom's doing well.

Tom: I wish you the best in your recover. If there is ANYTHING I can do please give me a call!

IS there some one in FL who could organise that?

The rest of you type in any message you have.

I live about 20 minutes away, and I would be happy to act as messenger for whatever expert craft we create.

Edit: I'll make sure the "old goat" comment is at the top.

Re: Tom Mount doing Well after surgery

I suggest that we set a time after which the thread will close. Then, we will print out the well wishes from Rebreather World, and we will run them over to Tom's (without disturbing his recuperation) once he is home. It will be the Internet incarnation of a giant "speedy recovery" card.

Re: Tom Mount doing Well after surgery

Best wishes Tom!!! It sounds as though you are doing fine and are on the mend, so keep it up and maybe they will let you out of the hospital early.
The next step to get back in the water
