Can it be sent to Aus OK Divex Asia Pacific in Kirrawanee, NSW is Kirby-Morgan's Australian distributor and repair center. infoATdivex.com.auThe mask with OC pod, no 2nd stage costs around US$550, additional OC pods around US$125. Complete with the K-M Superflow 2nd stage around US$650. The rebreather pod (DSV) only is around US$750. The NATO pod (BOV) only sold for around US$850, though that's the version everyone wants and few get. The pod to hose adapters cost around US$100. As the MK is still the mainstay in many militaries the adapters are available, if you can get them I don't know. Prices are about 2 years old. Quote: I see on the OTS website that the mk 48 with rebreather connectors if 'for military only" whats the scoop there. That's the BOV version I mentioned above. The sale is restricted to government agencies though a few have found their way into private hands. Next to impossible to get. Both Rebreather versions have a ratchet that allows the bite piece in your mouth without having to bite down, something the OC version lacks. All versions I have seen come with a bite piece though.Quote: Can they be plumbed up with a BOV as well ? Several people have used the more available and less expensive OC pod and attached the Jetsam BOV or Inspo DSV. Drmike has used both setups, OC pod-DSV and K-M NATO pod, search for his posts on the subject.Divematics has an adapter for their DSV and BOV that replaces part of the bellows to reduce dead space and 'wobble'. They've also made adapters for the K-M DSV pod to various Rebreather hoses.
