I am searching an underwater communication system to apply to a Inspiration. Someone knows to advise something to me easy to buy and reliable?

Unless it is absolutely required, very good advise.
Using a FFM on a loop has additional problems that generate risks you have to offset against the advantages you require.
We used Divator FFM's with the military oral/nasal conversion which provided a secure gas path. Then we were able to employ the good old reliable OTS comms.

John has the same system with a different BOV.

These are good, but the lack of an internal bite/mouthpeice does give increased risk of some CO2 retention. For this reason I would not reccomend it for high stress diving although the military seem to get along fine with them.

i have a setup which works with the normal inspo mouthpeice and a half mask, I should have the kit in front of me in about a week, I can do you some pics then if you want

OTS, the maker of the Buddy Phone, makes an adapter that works with any rebreather hose. I use the Kirby Morgan FFM with the NATO Pod, it's the ideal setup for underwater communication.

You can find all this info at the OTS web site.

I checked the OTS website. The only system for a rebreather "without" full face mask is for the Lar-V and it is military only. I have tried to obtain more info from OTS directly via e-mail and via other connections but no result so far. Can anybody provide more info (pricing, availability, specs, ...)? Dave? I know the system exists because Howard Hall and his team tested the prototype and Dave T. is about to receive one.

it came yesterday but I dont have a camera at the moment, as soon as I can get one i will post pics but its very simple you need to talk with the normal inspo mouthpeice in your mout and the "push to talk" is cut into the exhale hose, with the speaker mounted at the exhale tee.

Not any good for reciting escimo nel but for short comms diver to diver or diver to surface it works a treat

That is exactly what I was looking for. We plan on using it to improve communications underwater for our film team. Do you know how we can order this product and what the price is? Also a product number/type would help.

BTW, will it work with a BOV?
