Question Rebreather with FFM

I haven't gotten into Rebreather yet, but I'm doing a lot of research. So please forbive me if this question is too narrow or stupid. But this seems to be the best forum for RB answers there is.

I've been reading about how to handle certain problems and all the talk about dumping CLs and going either open loop or OC. The problem I have understanding is how to dump and go open loop if you are using a FFM. The usual procedure seems to be inhale through mouth and exhale through nose. But this won't work with my AGA (Diveator) FFM. I use this mask almost exclusively now (open circuit) with a manifold block for bailout. I think the advantages are too great to give it up just to go CCR, and I don't want the additional expense and training of changing to a Supermask.

Am I worried about nothing?

Here is an AGA FFM conversion that might be of use to you:

The supermask faq page seems to suggest no formal training needed:

Supermask you dump out of your nose just like a normal mask. I havent tried dumping on an AGA but wonder if you can try crushing the exhale hose and then dump out your nose and out of the mask that way? No training needed on supermask,
