I’ll answer your question here.

YES the sizes I posted are inclusive of the lip. Those measurements are outside to outside of the plastic body of the regulator. The depth is from the end of the regulator to the body (the picture shows the measurement perfectly)

If you look at the regulator side ways…. with the mouth piece off……….
the lip is 1/16th inch thick. I just don’t know if your machinist needs to know that information . Any questions please PM me. I hope this picture helps

ALSO… besides the five I want someone else in the states wants three that are machined to fit the Apex second stage. Please let me know if that is possible
