FFM and offboard gas swich

Hello,

I just ordered Golem BOV for insp classic and Draeger Panorama FFM.

I appreciate some advice for offboard gas switch.

I also ordered one quick disconnect plug and aim to install it to BOV 2nd stage for gas switch. But Im not sure if its good way to make sure you really get the offboard hose connected fast enough in "stressed" bailout situation.

Would it be better to connect the offboard hose to the main manifold block in beginning of dive with quick connect hose. From there I can have air everywhere I need it, without any no air situation between switching hoses with my thick 3 finger gloves.
