| New Member Current Rebreather/s: | Original KM EXO 26 FFM/dolphin--Newbie q's I am looking at purchasing a EXO 26 original to use with my dolphin rebreather. my LDS has one used for 400 US.. It fits my face fair when cranked down, I am told that there is a smaller face seal available I would need to purchase this as well or just use some foam under the rim of the face seal to make it a bit more snugg. this version circulates inhalation gas over the lenses from the top of the mask... I would think this will reduce the co2 buildup. It has no mouthpiece. ![]() Is this a good price for the model in used cond? Has anyone converted this mask for a rebreather? What are the downfalls of this mask? if i want to can I fit a BOV or DSV later on? anything I overlooked? Thanks Matt Howard I found this online: Kirby Morgan EXO Standard Full Face Mask on Rockwater |

I am sure the 2nd stage can be easily replaced with a BOV and the coms port be used for a totally independant o/c bailout reg. Incorporating the flow of inhaled gas over the faceplate may help with co2 problems but having a mouthpiece is always going to be the best option.
