Since the Optima assembly line ends in Pompano Beach, even the homeless dumpster divers along A1A are wearing them now.

That's because the Optima is so well designed and so easy to use, that even "homeless dumpster divers" and "crackhead prostitutes" use them!

Plus, since a Meg purchase entails being assimilated by the Collective,

and most "homeless dumpster divers" and "crackhead prostitutes" are not keen on joining that cult, they tend to select the Optima as their rebreather of choice!!

No FA, and I'm not sure what the heck happened. One day good, next day poof! I think I'm gone too much. Hard to handle for some.

I still can't get that Optima badge off.

Luckily she placed it on the Meg decal which is covered by some industrial clear protectant sheeting. I may have to scrape it with a blade tomorrow and replace the sheeting and possibly the logo decal. The Optima badge was made to stay in place on an automobile. Good glue!

Sorry Eric, but Don and I had a good laugh at your expense today trying to figure out a way to top the OptimaMeg prank.

The only thing we came up with was to drug you, like they used to do to BA Baracus in the old A-Team episodes where they wanted him to fly. Then you wake up underwater, with an Optima strapped to your back, and a laminated sheet taped to your hand titled "how to dive an Optima."
