Sunday Afternoon on Scubatyme

I just talked to the folks at Scubatyme and they are wide open for Sunday afternoon. Anyone interested in putting something together? We'll need at least 3 divers as they have no one booked on the boat at this time.

Come on SCRUB divers, surely we can find 3 people interested in getting wet this Sunday!

Re: Sunday Afternoon on Scubatyme

Sunday is my birthday. So, I can think of no better way to spend it.

Unfortunately, I caught a whopper of a head cold, and I highly doubt I will be fit to dive by then. However, if I improve, I would love to go.

Put me down as unlikely, but I will post by Saturday late afternoon if I can make it. My rig is all ready to go. So, if I improve, I can come at a minute's notice.

Well as of right now it's just you and I so unless we get atleast one more they won't run the trip. Doesn't look to promising but we'll see what happens.

Re: Sunday Afternoon on Scubatyme

As of tonight, there is still no way I can do a dive. I can't make it through the day without depending on decongestants at this point. I am trying to only take them to sleep because I am so miserable and can't breathe at night without them. Unless a miracle happens, I won't be back in the water until 2008.

Re: Sunday Afternoon on Scubatyme

I'd love nothing more than to be able to join you guys on the dive, but I too am dry-docked on doctors orders for at least a couple of weeks. Hope you can get enough divers onboard to at least make the trip happen.

Happy New Year!

Scott, Mark and Ricky will be diving CCR somewhere tomorrow - pretty sure it's with Scubatyme or Oliver.

Re: Sunday Afternoon on Scubatyme

Scubatyme tomorrow afternoon at 1PM. I'm already booked.

It's not going to be a very exciting dive as it's only going to be a 60 foot reef but at least it gets me in the water to try out a few configuration changes before the Keys trip next month.

At least you can dive - the rest of us walking wounded have to sit on Rebreather World and just talk about it.
