All they need to do is post an email address for contact. Obviously, the longer it is listed on ebay, then the more people that see the address. And people do follow these up. I have chased a number of these scams up for fun, and they are the usual Western Union send money type scam. I have seen these types in many listing areas. I don't know how ebay goes about tracking these down, but they do seem to have most of them axed pretty quickly. It's a shame they don't act so quickly on many of the other scams, even when they are told about them. But, as long as we stay vigilant, then less people may get burnt. ![]() |
