Metalsub Torch on ebay

Not to sure about this one item number 260208943564.The sellar says he dosn't know the model the unit is but then quotes from the manual its a hid 28-50 watt lamp.
Also states hes a CCR diver. Anyone know who ? May be its OK ?

Dont know email him and ask a question that only the owner may know. Then agai he may not have used it or read the manual ( like most of us do ha ha )
