I'm bored now so will be forwarding all of these mails to ebay, police, AP and money gram.

I'll also be sending a few syslogs to the email address every hour
Oh and the old modem bank at work might just give 2 rings every half an hour ( long enough to make his phone ring but not long enough for him to earn any money from it!)

Hi all,
You are not going to believe this, but this scammer has just relisted on ebay 190169675741.
Even though he has negative feedback - what a effin loser.
I am now so ticked with ebay that I have sent a complaint to them.
This is what I wrote:-
I don't suspect this is fraudulent - I KNOW IT IS FRAUDULENT.
This seller, just the other day, had this exact rebreather on ebay (refer to 190166829581). He has even been left negative feedback for trying to scam the winner. He also tried to scam another ebayer with a second chance offer.
I know you were told about it then by myself and other people.
Refer to rebreatherworld.com and you will find this person and his scam auction is well documented.
But I am staggered beyond belief that this ebayer is still able to post auctions on ebay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is becoming quite clear to me now that ebay is either not interested in scammers (even when you are told about them) or you are totally inept at taking any action.
Personnaly, I think we should just direct all our complaints about these people to the authorities.
Maybe then we may get some positive action, possibly even against ebay for taking no action yourselves.
In the meantime, I am becoming more and more disillusioned with ebay.
It is not a safe environment for many people.
May I suggest that you take our observations and complaints seriously and strike these scammers off ebay when you are notified about them.
Please do consider what I have written here.
