Anyway, I haven't received anything back from this chappie in Aberdeen since I simply told him to give me his phone number, so I could arrange to see the goods before he got any money.

OF COURSE IT'S A SCAM..... THE EMAIL SENT TO ME IS NOT FROM EBAY...THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "Ebay Payments Sellers Safety Center"... IT'S A SPOOF....I POSTED ON HERE (RRB) SO OTHER USERS CAN SEE THE SPOOF EMAIL....AND MAYBE SAVE SOMEONE FROM BEING SCAMMED....IF YOU CHECK THROUGH MY OTHER POSTING YOU WILL SEE THAT I HAVE BEEN SENT ONE OF THESE SPOOF EMAILS BEFORE.....ITS NOT THE FIRST REBREATHER SCAM I HAVE "BUSTED" ....THE E-MAILS HAVE BEEN FORWARDED TO EBAY....GUESS WHAT THEY HAVE TOLD ME IT'S NOT FROM EBAY
