Silent Submersion DPV eBAY Scam

Be very carefull when buying on ebay. First I bought a Silent Submersion DPV on ebay but paid with Paypal. The amount was $2850 and it turned out to be a scam. I reported it to Paypal and two days later, almost two weeks after purchasing, Paypal paid every penny back to my credit card. Second time around I was not so lucky. I purchased the DPV and was given a good story of why the seller couldn't accept Paypal. It was a good story because I fell for it and lost $1600 by using Western Union. The transfer went to Mike Mullen, 4111 West Colonial Drive, Zip 32808, Orlando, Florida, USA. I say it was agood story beacause I was a policeman in South Africa for 16years and even investigated scams and now I was caught. Be aware that they were using Romanian email addresses and a shipping website (also a scam) to contact me. The shipping company was sprint-shipping from Orlando USA. They even had a fully functional website and answered when I called the office until two weeks after I was supposed to receive the DPV. Now everyone has vanished. My advice is to do research on the internet first by typing in the details with the words "scam" or "fraud" and see what pops up. I did this afterwards and discovered that prior to me others were scammed by the same people. I could have saved myself some money by taking afew minutes to check things out.
