On Ebay US, search for rebreather and you get 13 listings from the same
guy. His account has probably been hijacked. This scammer is obviously
an idiot.

The seller is located in the US but all of the items are listed in UK pounds.
Check out his store, Dragon motorsports, you won't see any motorcycles. All kinds of stuff including a backhoe for starting bid of $13.

I complained to Ebay and all ofthe listings have been removed (at least they are getting faster at removing the fraud listings). I placed a toke bid on one of the 13 in order to know when they pulled the items. This is Ebay's response;
