Hello All, HELP urgent needed, E-bay fraud

Hi All,

I am living in Denmark, keen CMAS / IANTD open circuit diver for many years.

Cost of rebreathers in DK is high (VAT, +25%)

I am writing in this forum to see if anyone can help me.
I won azimuth rebreather on ebay.co.uk, the seller roy43son@yahoo.com,

Roy Anderson, 23, Wisbech Rd, March, Cambridgeshire PE15 8ED, United Kingdom

He received payment but have not shipped nor is he responding to e-mails from me or from ebay.

Does anyone have any advise?

If nothing else... Please beware of this guy....

I am aware this is unconventional but I am out of options.

It's a sh*tty situation to be in.
But if you by any chance paid by credit card, there is hope for getting your money back.

Before I bid on rebreather stuff I always ask the seller a technical question. Most scammers have never even seen a rebreather so the reply (or lack of) speaks volumes

With the item number and the seller's username, do an "advanced" search, click on member's identity, fill out the boxes, and ebay will email you the name, address and phone number of the seller. Try phoning - you may find that the person answers but did not sell the item, which then means his identity has been hijacked. You will then probably have to send all the emails you received from the seller to ebay with advanced headers so they can investigate.
