Don,

You must be maturing.... You are showing unusual restraint by doing all the right things here... A few years back you'd have been back in the water a few weeks after the surgery...

Keep up the good work... & heal completely before getting stuck in caves and in wrecks again.

oh please

just yesterday at lunch he was discussing his plans for returning to Eagles nest. The only restraint Don knows is the ones he hopes his girlfriend will use on him on her next visit.

A short update:

I was not able to find any answers to my original question. I followed the doctors orders and stayed out of the water until last weekend (Thankgiving). 5 Months of no diving really sucked. I did easy dives and worked up to 15 minutes of deco on a couple of them.

My next x-ray and checkup is in January and I am hoping for a full release.
