Looking for Buhlmann's 1983/1984 book

Hi all,

I am looking to buy a hardcopy of Buhlmann's classic 1983/1984 book on decompression theory. Either the German or English version is okay.

I got the German one from Amazon Germany but I struggle with technical German so I'd love the English one but it's long out of print.
