Is there a list of doctors who are familiar with dive related injuries, ie., barotrauma to the middle ear? If not, shouldn"t there be one?

Does anyone outthere have names in the NYC metro area?

I checked on the DAN website and they advertise that as one of the services they provide.

2 x DAN does physician referrals, while primarally focused on hyperbarics, I imagine they'd be the best place to start, and be able to tell you if a diving specialist or more general practicioner would be right for you...
