Was on the Royal Emperor in summer of 2005 after it had completed a refit.. Did a northern Red Sea trip (Brothers and Northern wrecks) before it was assigned to the Sudan itineraries. It was a very comfortable boat. Since then I believe it has had a booster pump fitted and so is even more RB friendly.
