| XLVI WC! ![]() ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Gradient Factor for Dummies Hi All ![]() UWSojourner aka Kevin Watts has kindly written another article which has has submitted to the library Gradient Factors for Dummies is now up and running and can be found HERE The article attempts to provide a user's view of gradient factors, an Erik Baker derived method of calculating decompression schedules. It shows a decompression profile with GF 15/85 (low/high) so starting the decompression at 15% above the minimum off gassing level and finishing the decompression at 85% of the maximum decompression surfacing level. Take a look at the graph on post #7, it answers your question very well.Just imagine changing the GF line from "15/85" to "85/15". |
