New Version of XS

Hi Folks,

XS has been updated, it's now more rebreather dive planning oriented, all the old OC functions are there but all the new stuff has been CCR.

It's been a good few years since it was updated and rebreathers were a token gesture at the time. Hopefully it's a bit friendlier to use. Don't know if anyone still uses it, but here it is anyway, a pre-release version before I stick it on my website. I've changed the installer program so I hope it will install OK, runs under most versions of windows.
