Re: Get bored on deco?

I'll add a plead for someone in western Canada who could put their hand up to help with shipping stuff out to Australia... anyone out there who could help and would like a place to crash if they come down under?

cheers

Andy

John,

Fancy going halves on the postage to the UK? If we could order together (That's if Dave (Mr. WeDiveBC) doesn't mind.)

Re: Get bored on deco?

I order a couple of these, just arrived and I'm very impressed with the unit. I did get to test one in the Caymans a while back but it wasn't rated to 200ft, you had to use their player and it was mega bucks.

So this unit, while only 128 meg (about 2 hours) is small, it is a very impressive unit for $40. It has an FM tuner/recorder, voice recorder, line in recorder and a very nice equalizer function. And with the u/w housing amp, it will impair your hearing on land if you crank it up.

I recommend getting the UMS software which makes the player look like a flash drive when connected to your pc via usb (i.e. no drivers or software to install). Then you can just copy files from drive to drive and you are ready to go.

This is the real deal and if you need another novelty toy for scuba, I highly recommend this one.

Thanks for the heads up on the sale.
