![]() | Matching GAP to HSE? Hi all I did my first KISS deco dive with my "new" HS Explorer on Sunday..nothing too extreme, 38m for 35 minutes on the bottom, total run 55min. I had cut a table in GAP Lite, Air dil planned for 1.2 on the bottom, 1.0 on ascent and 0.7 at 6m (was diving with a buddy on O/C so was in no rush to get out). GAP would only give me a deepest stop of 9m on these set points with the balance at 6 & 3m, the HS set to CF2 (RGBM cold water) wanted a minute at 15m then 12m stop, 9m, 6m, 3m etc. So does anyone have a suggestion as to what to set the GF high/low to in GAP to more closely follow the HS's deco profile?...I do not want to know about Vplanner etc as Gap lite & the HS are what I have Thanks Mike |

![]() | Re: Matching GAP to HSE? Kees OK...checked the manual ...problem was RGBM settings were ticked but still at "user set" in the dropdown window...I have now set it to +1 conservatism & the deep stops start at 15m for the profile above which is nearer to what I was expecting... Do you know if the Explorer RGBM implementation for CF2 (cold water, Heavy work) is closer to GAP "nominal" or +1 conservatism... Mike |

![]() | Re: Matching GAP to HSE? OK that's fine...at the relatively shallow depths I'm operating at I should be able to get a fairly close track between the table & the computer. The more I use the HS the more I like it. Mike |
