| Re: decompression in cave ressel I have no idea how stable air quality is. We had no problem with O2 but I guess it was CO2 that made us breath heavily when "walking" there. Many divers have been there in recent years and more are going next month I suppose. I have not heard of any problems. Jukka |

| Re: decompression in cave ressel hi gang, If you can write in french, you can post your question on the french forum "plongeesout.com". This forum is read by many divers knowing very well Resseli would dive the ressel cave in france to the point where the first part of the cave ascends to the dry cave/sump. the deepest point would be arround 90 meter`s, when i use a scooter i think i will stay at an average deep of 60 meters for arround 45 minutes and down to 90 meter`s, and then back to 60 meter`s for arround 45 min. i have tryed v-planner but i am to stupid....what are you cave divers plan for such a profile, would you work with a dil switch, pm`s are also welcome, many thanks for the help Plongee-souterraine - Page d'accueil |

| Re: decompression in cave ressel we have dived the ressel to arround 1500m, max. deep was 70 meters, we used scooters so we have had the following decompression: 27 meter 2 min, 24m - 2min, 21m - 5min, 18m - 7 min, 15m - 8min, 12m - 12min, 9m - 13min, 6m - 39 min, ppo2 1.3 for the complet dive runtime 165min, we need arround 60 min from the shaft (arround 25meters) to the deepest point and back, vis was perfect, and the dive too. we had 4 stages per diver, and an additional 80`s with oxygen at the entrance, we dived the st.george to arround 1500 meter and max of 55meters because we have had only air at dil , very bad planing yep,....3 stages per diver we dived the landnouse down to 70meters arround 1300 meters from the exit, 3 stages per diver and oxygen in the headpool, we where the first divers at this day so the water was CRYSTAL clear,..........dive time 125 min, after 5 day´s of cave diving we went down to st. cyr sur mer in south of france for wreck diving, after we arrived we get the information that a few doc´s from the university of marseille would do a few examinations with us trimix divers (we where 6) , so before every dive we had to measure our weight and must tell the doc how much we have drink before the dive, after the dive they measure our blood pressure, the weight, and the do a trans thoracic echo to search for some bubbles, i hope that the docs coming to our next tec event at the thuner see next year in march to present there results from this few dive´s, because of the bad weather we can only do to deep dives in the 100 meter range and one small one arround 40 meters deep, but for me it was the first time in south france and so i had cool dives and see nice wrecks, but not the protee, but maybe the next time when i am in france,
