So, when you re-fill your tanks, would you empty them and have them filled 100bar H then a top up with air each time, or if you had 20/30bar left you would have them taken to 100bar with H then topped off with air and then analize? No, just fill 1/2 of the "difference" (200 bar - 30 bar = 170 bar) with Helium (i.e. to 115 bar) then top off with air. As a rule of thumb.....

I have 2 genisis 100's that I have fill with 2000 psi of He and then top with air to 4000 psi.I then use them to cascade into my dil tanks. I also have a Jetsam booster when the pressure drops.
