| Re: Trimix CCR dive software, below 100 meters One thing I get a kick out of is that many of these software have a unlock code for deeper dives. ??????? The reason that I limit MV-Plan to 100m is that I do not want to give people the impression that it is safe / easy / risk free to dive to >100m because you can get software that cuts plans for >100m.They are algorithms, Same shit shallow as deep for the most part over all. it makes no sense to me. It is the same math as we had to do by hand in the old days for SAT diving but simplified by computer today. What the hell is the charge for a deeper depth? Having said that, if people know what they are doing and why they are doing it then it can be enabled for up to 200m. But I would prefer it if people who have been trusted with this do not spread it around internet forums where any noob can pick it up and, equipped with their new rebreather, see how deep they can go. | rEvoluzzer | Re: Trimix CCR dive software, below 100 meters Hai Guy, if some of this noob want to go to 100 m shortly after the purchase of his/her new rebreather, you don't avoid this with a limitation of mv-plan, because this noob has everything ignored, that he/she was told in the ccr course or from other rebreather divers. So in Germany we call this kind of crasy diver a winner of the Darwin award. Regards Volker |

| www.andersonlemos.com.br | Re: Trimix CCR dive software, below 100 meters Hi All! When diving with the O2ptima, I usually plan my dives with a great software developed by Damien Siviero (a member of RBW), named One Stop Deco. Reliable, Simple and Free!!!! More over, the OneStop uses Buhkmann ZHL-16 with GF..... the same algorithm used by the HammerHeads!!! This give mes a great peace of mind, since my HH is always agreeing with my planned dive ![]() I've tryed this on more than one dive + 100 m, without any issue! Cheers! |

| Re: Trimix CCR dive software, below 100 meters Reliable, Simple and Free!!!! Well so this seems to be entirely different from the discussed and sooo expensive, unsimple und unreliable MVPlan using some strange Algorythm developed by some Swiss MD who died in 94 and which algorythm was adjusted by some factors of a guy called Baker being used in the MVplan as well More over, the OneStop uses Buhkmann ZHL-16 with GF..... the same algorithm used by the HammerHeads!!! ![]() Sorry couldn't resist ;) |

| Re: Trimix CCR dive software, below 100 meters I usually plan my dives with a great software developed by Damien Siviero (a member of RBW), named One Stop Deco. Dude,Reliable, Simple and Free!!!! It is only reliable because of his capacity to hold beer before and after the dive. It is simple because of his propensity to hold beer before and after the dive. He developed the software while drinking beer both before and after the planning. So if you are not drinking beer you will get horribly bent using his software. ![]() Bobby |

| www.andersonlemos.com.br | Re: Trimix CCR dive software, below 100 meters Hey Guys, Sorry for that! I don't speak Englsh very well and don't wan't to be misunderstood. ;o) I didn't said that the other softwares were unealible, unsafe, compliated or expensive, I just tryed to help sharing my own experince with the One Stop Deco. Some years ago I was trying to find a Deco Software with Buhlmann ZHL-16 and discovered that wasn't so easy to find them (most of te softwares used VPM and others), specially something adapted to CCR divers (CCR Plan + Bailout Plan + CNS + OTU). Besides that, Damien (the "Owner" of OneStop) was very nice and accepted some suggestions I made to him... and I also have performed "one or two" dives with his software and never got any problem...This is why I decided to reccommendhis software to everyone else. Anyway... I tried to find the website where we can download his software an haven't find it anymore..... doe anyone know what hapened??? Did he give up his project to drink or beer ???? ![]() Dive Safe (and sorry for any misundstood) Anderson Lemos |

| Re: Trimix CCR dive software, below 100 meters Hey Anderson, no problem. no misunderstanding here.. It's just that the features you promoted for one stop deco are exactly the same for the previously discussed MV-Plan.. a simple reliable software being freely available facilitating Bühlmann with GF factors.. ![]() |
