Personally I've never done long time below 100m.
During my last dive on 110m I used a set point 1.2 for the bottom and 1.4 from 60m for deco on my HSE.
At 12m I rinsed my loop to increase ppo2 and remains at 1.6 to 6m (HSE stay on 1.4)
For touch and go dive, usualy stay on 1.2
