Right now we talk with polish distributor about this situation my offer for them is pay 1190€ for full upgrade and 860€ at RRP prices for emodule I written my calculation on forum for full upgrade for emodule 860=1190-330 (RRP for BOV upgrade from price list, don't count this nice cover because not in price list) In Poland we made consultations with lawyers about this situation and we have enough power to go and fight: right now I think about 2 solutions: 1) full or only emodule upgrade - I return my old emodule 2) full money refund from Poseidon seller - and finish work with this company I don't understand why some users try to explain Poseidon - when they loosing their money. I think all users that thinking Poseidon need to do what they promise should make FB page to show what we really think about this situation and maybe they see that they should do what they offer last few months.
Tomas, I totally agree with you on the MKVI upgrade promise. Poseidon need to honor their promises even if it costs them. It's their problem not ours. I am very angry over this as I would not have bought a unit otherwise. Legally, despite what Jeppe says, they are on very shaky ground. The threat of a lawsuit should sort this crap out. Cheers Mike
