This what I hate about these forum... It is comfortable to hide behind a avatar and spit out BS. You are a coward sir! Disclose your true identity and then yes, come forwards with your ideas! Also you are totally wrong about this white paper. No more details can be disclosed due authorities not allowing because of pending investigations/accident processes.
