| WTD - booster and whips As it says. Please PM me if you have something to part with. Also, does anyone know if this is suitable? Gas Boosters - Boosters to 300 bar (4,350 psi) - Model DLE 15-1 - Technical data - Maximator GmbH Cheers Pete |

Pete, Gas Boosters - Boosters to 300 bar (4,350 psi) - Model DLE 15-1 - Technical data - Maximator GmbH Pete The ratio has to be around 25:1 to make the pump useful with regular second stage pressure or a shop compressor. I looked at Maximator beside Haskel and there are not many models for diving (O2clean) use. Maximator has two models the DLE30-1 and the PPSF22. The cost for a DLE30 is almost the same as the AG30 The PPSF is a pocket booster for little less than halve the price. The 4AG-25 I use, was designed for diving application. I use all DIN connectors and 1/4"NPT SS fittings and hoses. Until you have all parts you will spend 3k$. AndreasT Last edited by aknelson : 10th March 2009 at 02:58. |

| Re: WTD - booster and whips The Maximator DLE 15-1 is a single hp piston booster with pressure ratio for 15:1 therefore its max output pressure is 150 Bar ( ie 10 Bar drive pressure x 15 (ratio of piston areas). Min Gas Inlet pressure is 10 Bar. As seen below, other models of DLE 15 models can produce higher pressure outlet pressures, one has 2 high pressure sections at opposite ends of the air drive, therefore the pressure of gas entering one hp section assists compression of other hp side. The other Model has two low pressure cylinders linked to double pressure ratio to 1:30, a huge air consumption
