![]() ![]() | Re: agt 7/30 issues Ok I changed a few parts out. Changed all orings on the spool and barrel, and replaced the pilot valves and orings. its still broken! The unit costatly vents drive gas out of the exhaust muffler. When you turn it on the spool cycles out and then goes in and out the exhaust with out popping back out. ![]() ![]() | Re: agt 7/30 haskel made some changes to the pilot valves some can be adjusted in length some cant.To me it sounds like they are not being pushed back by the lp piston.I had a similar problem and lathed some new ones slightly longer(1.5mm).Check that the hp piston is not bottoming out on the check valve. |

The shorter one of the 2, the new one is about 1mm longer, the long one is the same legth as the old one which worked fine for 3 years. haskel made some changes to the pilot valves some can be adjusted in length some cant.To me it sounds like they are not being pushed back by the lp piston.I had a similar problem and lathed some new ones slightly longer(1.5mm).Check that the hp piston is not bottoming out on the check valve. |
