O2 Supply Valve Quest.

Hi, Can anyone tell me what the valve type is for the pictures provided.
These are located in the Asia Pacific ring. Need to find an adapter for it, I live in the US and these don't look like CGA fittings.
Did a search and couldn't find this answer.
