Hi Wael, Even though we may not agree on many things, I have no intention of building a booster :-)However I have found another standard BGT-model that is much more suitable for my clubs purposes: BGT-7-25 This icendently actually have a theoretical maks. input stall pressure of 24.5bar absolute at 9bar absolute drive-gas so perhaps this where the figures come from? Anyway this booster will have double the flow pr. stroke and would be much more effecient at scavaging etc. Please provide a quote for this one, and allso a quote for a service-kit. Regards Nicolai Hanssing

![]() | Wow, this is quite some communication. Anyway, while not really related to the "exchange" here I did notice your comments way down the thread where you said Haskel, HII, Maximator boosters were probably out of your price range. Our operations down here in the Gulf have both Haskel and HII boosters. But service from them is awful and expensive. Last year at DEMA we came across the new Maximator Rob rebreather booster and bought one. It has been great and shows the German quality. Last month we had it serviced by HPT (www.highpressuretech.com) in California and I see they have some threads on here also. Just wanted to say "what a great company". We found that they also service Haskel and HII boosters and so we have used them also on our older boosters. Fantastic job, way lower than HII and Haskel factory or dealer pricing and so fast. They just sold us a refurbished Haskel for 1/2 price of new and we cannot tell the difference. Turns out they are all ex-Haskel people and for once we have found people that no what they are talking about. You might want to check them out if you are still wanting a real booster that actually exists!! Tell them Cebu Dive sent you...they may give us a discount next time |

Doesn't feel sincere. Nicolai

![]() | Re: New Booster In Town!!! L.Cruz. Thanks for the plug on our service. A sock-puppet? He obviously has not seen you. ![]() In spite of the comments, we certainly appreciated it. Now if we can get your buddy's out there in Cebu and Puerta Gallera or even over here in Clearwater to convert some of those other makes to ours we will be really pleased. I understand Mike will be here at the Long Beach show this weekend. I will give him some T-Shirts to bring out to you. Make sure you give one to Sharkey. Not quite a discount I know, but you'll dig em. Take care. Nicolai. We believe the reference she was making was in response to someones comment posted further down this list on boosters being out of their price range. Our Philippine friend here is certainly giving us a good reference but we don't think it deserves the comment you have made. But I can see reading all below that this entire thead has had some attitude so perhaps enough said. Now, moving on, since we handle all makes of booster here in California and the US West Coast and have never heard of this BGT, if its something you think we can promote here in the US or through our contacts in Asia, let us know. We are always interested in new boosters and compressors. Thanks. Peter |

Well I did write why I thought it was a strange coincidence that you both started posting on the same day, about the same issues, using similar wording. I'm truely sorry if I stepped on som toes.![]() ... Nicolai. But I can see reading all below that this entire thead has had some attitude so perhaps enough said. Actually the moderators will weed out any puppets if they catch them, so lets assume I was wrong, for wich I'm sorry. ----- Now to buisness (it was me talking about Maximators beeing out of pricerange): We were originally looking at the Maximators, through a guy-who-knows-a-guy-who-knows-a-guy, but it still turned out that the Maximators were more expensive than what Wael has offered. HOwever the Maximators: DLE-5-15 would be very usefull DLE-5-15-2 would be perfect. Ie. a booster with 10-30 ratio. SO please feel free to quote theese two models here. Note that the BGT 7-25 has been quoted at 1560€ ex. vat. Regards Nicolai

![]() | Re: New Booster In Town!!! Forgot to say why we did not give a price on the DLE5-15-2. Reason is that it is not included in the US catalog or offered it here in the US. No idea why, as you can get it from Germany or anywhere in Europe and Asia. We kick off with the Model DLE5-30-2. Also should point out Nicolai that we are not at liberty to sell Maximator boosters directly into Europe as we are a Maximator US distributor. My suggestion if you have not already tried it is to work on the local Maximator distributor to get the best pricing you can. Or continue to work with that friend of a friend of a friend. But we do service and sell the Rebuilt Haskels, HII, Stansted, Jetsam etc on a global basis as we are not tied to any agreements on these brands as they are Rebuilds and not factory new. Hope all this was helpful, or at least enlightening. |

Hi Guys, Sorry to Highjack I would just like to add to the comments on High pressure Tech, I have been dealing with Peter for a few weeks now in order to obtain a new booster for our facility In Thailand, I have to say the service and communications have been first class, and if their after service is as good as thier sales and communication I will be having a long lasting relationship with Peter and his team for years to come. Good Job,
