Yoke Adapter?

Been looking for the following type of adapter to buy in case I run into the same problem I had last year in Turks & Caicos.
Basically, I had brought a fill whip to fill my o2 bottle for my evolution, but when it came time to fill the dil, they didnt have a way to do it.
Even if you put a yoke adapter plug in the dil bottle, you cant put a yoke style filler onto the evolution bottle since the knob for the bottle is *behind* the valve opening instead of to the side of it like a standard valve. Does anyone know of a adapter block that is din on one end and will accept a yoke still filler on the other?
