Assuming that these are the HiPPAG 100 model (which they look very similar to) than here is a spec sheet: www.ultra-pas.com/downloads/hippag10.pdf

Basically 0.5l/min steady state running which equates to 20hrs to fill a 3L cylinder from scratch - not very practical, but if you left it running from Monday-Friday to top a "bank", you could get fill an 18L cylinder to 200bar from empty. Even at the rated Max capacity (2.5l/min) that's 4hrs to fill a 3L, or 24hrs to fill an 18L.
